How many times do you download files off the internet? Specifically, avi video files? I am sure many a times. Suppose, a file of 600mb size can’t be downloaded directly thanks to file hosting limitation, as most of the free file hosting services like Megaupload, Rapidshare allows maximum upload size of 200mb file at once.
In that case, a video file of 600mb needs to be split into 3 parts with 200mb being the size of each file. How do you split such video files? And, how can anyone download such video files - later on merge them to watch seamlessly on his PC as an single video?

Thanks to AviSplit which specifically allows you to join avi files or split avi video files with a click of an button. With Avisplit (download from here) you can easily merge multiple avi files and split them into several segments.
Along with that, you can also cut specific video part, for example if you like the music in the movie then you can save the music clip on your desktop in .avi video format. To sum it up, Avisplit freeware helps you in:
- Joining AVI Files
- Splitting AVI Files
- Cutting AVI Files
Avisplit freeware is for windows users, so if you are on windows xp, vista or other windows platform then start merging those avi files instantly!
